About Twindis
Twindis is an expert in IT and E-mobility. For more than 15 years, we have been all about delivering smart solutions so that businesses can run smoothly. With our webshops and extensive catalogue, we offer both companies and consumers batteries, chargers, IT parts and accessories for e-bikes, computers, phones and everything that contains energy, throughout the Benelux. We recently moved into brand new premises in Oostrum, where we have room to grow and serve our customers better. Hopefully you can contribute to that!
What will you do?
As a Commercial Assistant, you are the link between Twindis and its customers. You will provide the best service, from preparing quotations to answering questions. Here's what you can expect:
- Contact with customers: All day, you'll be busy closing deals with our customers, both by email and on the phone.
- Creating quotations: You will process our customers' orders into orders and quotations.
- Problem solving: You think along with our customers and make sure everything runs smoothly, both in their business operations, and ours.
Who are you?
Someone who has the skills to turn opportunities into sales, is enthusiastic and customer-oriented and is not afraid to take initiative. In addition:
- Do you have (at least) an MBO working and thinking level.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You are eager to learn and accurate.
- Are you good with people and have the ability to build relationships
- Available for 40 hours per week.
- Experience in a sales-oriented organisation, preferably in the B2B sector, is a strong plus.
