E-Bike Vision Test TowerThe Akku Vision Test Tower is a multifunctional tool for handling e-bike batteries. It was developed to optimise battery service by specialist dealers and OEM manufacturers. The device offers comprehensive data analysis and reporting to give you a detailed overview of the performance of your e-bike batteries. Parameters such as capacity, SOH and charge cycles can be read out. With the discharge curve, you can ensure that the battery is working optimally. At the start of sale, the Akku Vision Test Tower is compatible with the adapter cable for the e-bike Vision batteries to the Bosch* Active (PLUS) / Performance (CX) drive system. With this you can analyse and discharge both E-Bike Vision batteries and the original batteries. Further adapters are planned for the E-Bike Vision batteries compatible with Yamaha, Bosch Classic, Panasonic and Gazelle.

The Akku Vision Test Tower enables precise reading of e-bike batteries. This means that the relevant values for the service life, such as the SOH and the full cycles for compatible batteries, can be read out directly without a discharge process. It provides a detailed insight into the condition of the battery and grants an effective diagnosis.
Software UpdatesConnected to user-friendly PC software, the Akku Vision Test Tower allows you to update the E-Bike Vision battery software to ensure optimum performance.
Capacity TestBy discharging batteries with up to 400 W, the Akku Vision Test Tower can measure the actual capacity of batteries and confirm the previously read values.
